A summary of invention:
The Opto acid level sensor is used to sense acid level in the led acid battery shell(s). The system contains a light source (Visible or invisible), appropriate sensor devise, (for invisible or visible light), a floating indicator and electronic circuit for switches and Audio warning and display the shell number. We can use light source and sensing source like infra Red Light Emitting Diode (IRLED) with infra red sensor or IRLED with photo diode, or IRLED with photo transistor, or Light Emitting Diode (LED) with Light Depended Resistor (LDR) etc. It is better to used invisible light like Infra Red as a Light source and infra red sensor at receiving end. Because the external light source do not disturb Infra Red Sensor. |
